• You agree to use HealthOS only for lawful medical and administrative purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all data (including patient data) entered is accurate and lawful.
• Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of our platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Privacy & Protection

We handle all data in compliance with applicable Indian data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your patient data. We act only as a data processor on your behalf.

6. Children’s Information

HealthOS may be used by pediatricians and child care providers to manage data of individuals under 18. HealthOS does not knowingly collect or allow direct access to individuals below 18 years of age. All such data must be entered and managed only by licensed medical professionals under appropriate consent.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may be accessible only via subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by HealthOS remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform solely for your professional purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform. You may also close your account by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

HealthOS is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
